Universal life insurance is a relatively new insurance product intended to provide permanent insurance coverage with greater flexibility in premium payment and the potential for a higher internal rate of return. A universal life policy includes a cash account. Premiums increase the cash account. Interest is paid within the policy (credited) on the account at a rate specified by the company. This rate has a guaranteed minimum but usually is higher than that minimum. Mortality charges and administrative costs are charged against (reduce) the cash account. The surrender value of the policy is the amount remaining in the cash account less applicable surrender charges, if any.
With all life insurance, there are basically two functions that make it work. There's a mortality function and a cash function. The mortality function would be the classical notion of pooling risk where the premiums paid by everybody else would cover the death benefit for the one or two who will die for a given period of time. The cash function inherent in all life insurance says that if a person is to reach age 95 to 100 (the age varies depending on state and company), then the policy matures and endows the face value of the policy.
Actuarially, it is reasoned that out of a group of 1000 people, if even 10 of them live to age 95, then the mortality function alone will not be able to cover the cash function. So in order to cover the cash function, a minimum rate of investment return on the premiums will be required in the event that a policy matures.
Universal life policies guarantee, to some extent, the death proceeds, but not the cash function - thus the flexible premiums and interest returns. If interest rates are high, then the dividends help reduce premiums. If interest rates are low, then the customer would have to pay additional premiums in order to keep the policy in force. When interest rates are above the minimum required, then the customer has the flexibility to pay less as investment returns cover the remainder to keep the policy in force. |

| Ceiling fans |
|
A ceiling fan is one of the most important thing you would need in summer. There are so many benefits to owning your own home. A big one is you don't have to rely on the landlord to fix things or add items to your home. The place I moved into over a year ago had a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. I loved this. After I had the power turned on, I realized the ceiling fan doesn't work. That's been so disappointing to me. I love ceiling fans in my bedroom. I had one in the previous place I lived in, so I got spoiled on them. I used it during the summer and winter.
So now many promises later, the ceiling fan has never been replaced. I have been shopping online for a new one. I love to order from the internet because I like to have it delivered right to my door.
The fanimation ceiling fans are awesome! They have several shown, but it's so hard to make a decision. They are so unlike the regular, boring ceiling fans. One of my favorites is the Fanimation Palisade. The blades rotate vertically. You can choose your colors to make it match your home decor.

| Rome travel |

I love traveling. I would love to visit Rome one day, and I can tell you that Rome hotel are actually very reasonable! Can you imagine visiting Rome, and seeing such cool sites as the ancient Colosseum, or perhaps you might be more interested in a place like Venice.
Pretty awe inspiring eh! That is Venice along with its famed canals, palazzos, and the Fenice amongst other Venice hotels that are as interesting, and unique as Venice itself.
I have read that Italy as a travel destination is really hot! Is that any wonder considering all the cool things to see, and do there. And of course it is of great historic interest to visit the Vatican, and see the one, and only Sistine Chapel.
It’s my top most dream destination as well as France too. And then everytime I hear something about this places and see photos, it makes me want to go there right away too! I’ve said and talked about this to hubby many times and I’m sure he’s just excited and want to go there too.

Everyone wants to travel. i don't think that we can find anyone who would not want to go for vacation to foreign countries. Travelling to a foreign country is great experience. | GOing to Brisbane |

I don't whether you would say it crazy or not but around this whole world, there are a million places I'd love to visit. One of the places I've often thought of traveling to is Australia. While looking at some of the things to do there I came across the city of Melbourne. This time of year the Melbourne International Arts Festival 2007 is just getting started. It runs for 17 days, and features more than 700 artists, some of them local and some international. With many genres of artistry and many free events, it's something not to miss when visiting the area.

| Travel Germany |

I love traveling. I love to visit new places and stay in new hotels. I’m really fond of checking in at hotels and experiencing their good service, sleeping on spacious rooms and enjoying bountiful food. What more if I’ll be spending it at Hotels in Berlin or better yet at Hotels in Vienna.
If I’ll be given the chance to visit Europe, Vienna and Berlin will be included in my list. In Berlin, I would love to see the Brandenburg Gate, The Memorial Church, The Berlin Museum Island and a whole lot of other tourist spots that tells a lot about the Place. And if I need a place to sleep there are Hotels in Berlin that I’m sure can accommodate me.
I also became interested in going to Austria specifically Vienna because I always hear it from my sister. She said that if she’ll be going to Europe again, she will not miss Vienna. So I researched why. There really are a lot of places to visit in Vienna such as the Imperial Palace where you can see the private rooms of Emperor Francis Joseph. You should not miss also the Treasury where you get to see the magnificent crown jewels. There are also old churches and museums that are really interesting to see. And when you get tired, there are Hotels in Vienna that gives great deals to tourists. If I have the chance to visit these places, I will know now where to go and what to do. Hopefully, that will be soon! |
